**About the job**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and efficient PA to provide a high level of support for Northern’s Board Director/s and their direct reports, to assist in achieving optimum levels of performance for all staff within the team. In this role you’ll report into the Executive Assistant to MD.

As a PA you’ll organise and coordinate the workload commitments of the team, and also provide full administrative support including but not restricted to, minute taking at meetings, diary management, routine correspondence and amendment of documents.

You will also organise meetings and conferences, ensure all team files and records are maintained in efficient order and raising any purchasing requisitions required. You will also assist in specific projects as and when required.

**About you**:
You should also have:

- Significant minute-taking skills and experience.
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals, present effectively information and respond to questions from groups of Directors, managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Excellent communicator with proven organisational skills.
- An ability to demonstrate an all-round professional attitude to performing the varied tasks required - which will sometimes be under tight time constraints.
- Well-organised and methodical in the approach to handling the workload efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and able to work on his/her own initiative.
- Able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
