**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on our properties to ensure we maintain them to the highest standard
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on joinery skills.
- Liaise with office staff to coordinate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

**Skills**
- Strong building knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
- Proficiency in joinery skills ,able to fit fire doors.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in property maintenance is an advantage but not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
