We are seeking to recruit a new team member to enhance our existing team and to help build on our strong local presence.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 7 GCSE’s (A-C)
- Excellent verbal and written communication & numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner at all times
- Willingness to work hard to achieve results
- Demonstrable organisational, time and task management skills & a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Experience of working with specialist CRM software to maximise the business’ efficiency and compliancy
- Experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Valid UK driving licence and own car

Preferable requirements:

- Minimum one year’s lettings agency experience is desired but not necessary as full training will be given
- Arla Propertymark qualification in Residential Property Management Practice (England & Wales)
- Very good negotiation skills
- Local market and area knowledge
- Excellent photography skills
- Experience of managing property repairs and maintenance jobs

Pay will be commensurate with experience and relevant trade qualifications.

The job can be full or part time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,350.00-£26,000.00 per year
