We are looking for a Water Interruption Co-ordinator at Thames Water. This is a 10 months secondment.
**What you’ll be doing**
Water Interruption Coordinator, being an integral part of the Water Interruptions team, assesses and validates Supply Interruptions SI3 and Low Pressure to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and internal and external reporting requirements are met.
Provide information, analysis, and commentary to enable the department or other customers to make informed business decisions. This may include sourcing and maintaining data as a resource for future reference. To provide data audit checking compliance (Quality Assurance) to standards and procedures.
- Identifying where the business can raise the bar in performance, the Water Interruptions Coordinator will identify improvement areas to support company outcomes
- Provide reports and presentations, collecting and analysing complex technical data with expert commentary, advice, and recommendations, as appropriate.
- Design and deliver elements of technical solutions, as directed. Development and publication of standards and processes. Audit against existing process and standards.
- Conduct research to find data to support the needs of the team or department and manipulate as necessary to provide useful information.
- Support and coach less experienced colleagues to contribute to the development of the team or client department
- Manage the delivery of small projects.
- Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required.
**What you should bring to the role**
- Strong analytical background
- Typically, at least 2 years’ relevant business or technical experience
- Experience in providing detailed technical solutions
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills and proactive in approach
- Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software
