We'll look to you to develop learning plans for individual learners, and monitor progress, attendance, and punctuality. A confident team player, you'll also undertake administration to ensure the smooth running of your course and collaborate with colleagueson the preparation of course materials.
You'll come to us with a recognised ESOL qualification, such as CELTA or Trinity TESOL, together with a proven track record of developing the ESOL curriculum.
A teaching qualification such as the CTLLS (CET), Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLS (DET) would be desirable for this Lecturer oin Adult ESOL position. Naturally, you'll have a commitment to diversity and equality of opportunity with a sympathetic and flexible approachto supporting students to achieve their full potential.
