This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who is used to working with data to join the Trust’s award-winning Involvement, Experience and Volunteering Team.
You will support the Trust approach to capturing and analysing patient and carer feedback, providing administrative and data processing support to the Involvement, Experience and Volunteering Team.
You will work in partnership with colleagues in the Involvement, Experience and Volunteering Team to administer the processes which enable patients, families and carers to provide feedback about the Trust’s services.
This role supports the work of the Involvement, Experience and Volunteering (IEV) Team’s ambitious plans to listen to and work in partnership with service users and carers.
You will undertake administrative duties within the team, which might include labelling, packaging and distribution of survey forms, archiving, stock checks etc.
You will process incoming survey forms, entering large volumes of data accurately on a database. Code comments from the surveys to themes and assign criticality.
You will maintain good record systems for survey materials, to enable stock control.
You will support the rollout of developing feedback mechanisms, such as SMS. Set up surveys so they can be sent out via SMS.
You will use Microsoft packages to produce reports, charts and guidance, as requested.

This is a key role in a team of 14 staff that works across all the Trust’s services (Mental Health, Forensic and Community Health) and with local organisations in the health and social care system across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
The role can be undertaken remotely but does require travel to and contact with staff at the Trust Headquarters at Duncan Macmillan House, Nottingham.
**The main responsibilities are**:
