**Role**:Team Assistant

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum.

**Location**:Milton Keynes

**Job Description** The role will initially involve providing administration support to members of the team as required.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Book meeting rooms
- Arrange external meetings
- Support on diary
- Support with making travel arrangements
- Arrange couriers
- Copying, Collating signatures, & filing of correspondence, both electronically and in hard copy
- Ability to prioritise workload amongst Executive team
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain stock of all general office supplies
- Reception duties to include meet and greet, hospitality catering, transportation
- Assist with raising purchase orders placing orders and processing invoices
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Provide administration support with events across all sites as required

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, intermediate skills level of complete Microsoft Office package
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Deal professionally with people at all levels
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
- Administration support experience
