Don't miss your chance to make an impact We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to be responsible for providing full administrable and organisational assistance to the Marketing Operations team with projects, events, and operational processes. They will be a central point-of-contact for department operational needs. Operational Support and Coordination Managing Passes & Ticketing for GP Events Managing logistics for marketing events Manage and execute the Marketing Asset Programme such as Static Show Cars and Playseats. Work closely with the Marketing Operations Managers across trackside and factory events/activations portfolios. Event Planning and Execution In charge of administrative processes for the Marketing Operations Team, including race planning, facilitation of trackside and factory events, and coordination of team processes. Stakeholder Relationship Management Be knowledgeable of and maintain current company policies pertaining to intellectual property, assets, procedures, and operational structure. Liaise with F1 Personnel & Management and Red Bull GMBH to enhance collaborative efforts.
