This is an opportunity to work as a Senior Eating Disorders Practitioner, in a small, multi-disciplinary community team. The successful post-holder will hold a caseload of clients with moderate to severe Eating Disorders, delivering high quality talking interventions and co-ordinating the care of severely ill clients. they will also provide supervision to Band 6 staff and take part in service development, including ensuring good clinical governance.

The service is currently undergoing an expansion as a part of the wider Community Mental health Transformation, which means that the post will provide opportunities to work in new ways with our clients, prioritising early intervention, easier access to treatments, expanded group work and working with carers. It is an exciting time to be joining CWP Eating Disorders.
- Holding a caseload of clients with moderate to severe eating disorders.
- Assessing clients and delivering talking interventions, as well as identifying and managing complications arising from Disordered Eating.
- Delivering clinical supervision to band 6 staff.
- Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure good quality care to clients with an eating disorder.
- Liaising with other providers and stakeholders to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Attending the Clinical Network Meeting and partaking in service development and clinical governance initiatives.
