Our dedicated team provides residential, nursing, respite and tailored professional care services to the broader community, with the expertise to meet the most intricate individual needs.As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:Undertaking any necessary trainingSupporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities.Providing emotional support and companionshipSupporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities.Maintaining high standards within the care home environmentSenior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
