Are you a Senior Care Assistant, or a Care Assistant with a Level 2/3 in Adult Care, looking for a new opportunity with an organisation that will help you develop and achieve your professional goals and aspirations?

Hourly rate - Up to £11.25 per hour (higher rate upon proof of required qualification)

Working hours/pattern - Days & Nights available

08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs (Days) OR

20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs (Nights)

Part time shifts available with times to be discussed at interview

Location - Southwold Crescent, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3JS

**The Role**:
Our Senior Care Assistants champion high quality care, compassion and resident dignity. You will work closely with a Registered Nurse or Deputy Manager and take on responsibility for the physical, emotional well-being and social needs of our residents. You will support and supervise a team of care staff, act as a role model delivering high quality care, and comply with clinical governance.

**About you**:
As a Senior Care Assistant you will be an ambassador of Orchard Care Homes, liaising with GPs, health professionals and the residents’ families and friends, always promoting a professional and caring image of the home whilst championing our 6 core values; Enjoy Life, Welcoming, Kind, Professional, Positive and Respectful.

Whilst it’s not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, you need to possess your Level 2 and have a desire to achieve your Level 3 via our career pathway.
