Are you an experienced salesperson looking to progress your career within the Manufacturing sector that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home? Look no further
On offer is a Monday to Friday role where you will be based working from home, however travelling to customers sites based in the UK will be required. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager, conducting calls to suppliers and qualifying leads.
**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Travel within the UK to meet with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct calls and face to face meetings with customers
- Qualifying leads and follow up
- Maintain records of all sales leads or customers’ accounts, to then update the sales database
- Monitor competitors new products, tracking the market conditions to understand customers specific needs
- Tender for contracts
- Build close and long-lasting relationships with key buyers and decision makers
- Prepare forecasts on existing and prospective customers
- Deliver an exceptional sales service

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience of working in a sales role is essential
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/fabrication sales role is preferred but not essential
- Experience of managing own workload and calendar
- Drivers licence is essential due to travelling to sites nationally
