Job description
We are looking for an organised and committed individual with a professional approach, to join us as an Administrator at our award winning Nursing Home the Pentlands in Worthing
**Hours**: Monday to Friday -9am -3pm, although there can be some flexibility.
As a Home Administrator you will support the Home Manager in all aspects of home administration.

**More about the role**:
You will be providing administrative support to the home so that our team can focus on providing high quality care to our residents and ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions within the home.
You will also be responsible for administration of rotas for the home and monitoring of the time and attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including new starters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that employees are paid correctly.
- Have strong communication skills both oral and written, along with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, visitors to the home and staff.
- It would be beneficial to have experience of working in accounts, payroll and creating rota’s
- Confident approach in using Microsoft Office and in house packages
