**About the service**

Possability People: At Home is our personalised support service for disabled people, older people, and those with long-term health conditions. It’s designed to help people stay independent, in control, and living life on their terms, without the stress of managing care alone. Our service is flexible and user-led, which means the person receiving support decides what they need and how they want it delivered.

**What we're looking for**

We’re looking for kind, reliable, and motivated Personal Assistants (PAs) to join our team. As a PA, you’ll work directly with people in their homes and local communities, helping with all kinds of everyday things from getting ready in the morning, preparing meals, medication, tidying up, shopping, attending appointments, or getting out to social events. You might support someone to visit friends, go to a gig, or walk their dog. Some people may need help with personal care, while others just want a bit of practical support and friendly company. No two days - or clients - are the same.

**Training and support offered**

You don’t need to have done this kind of work before as we’ll give you full training and a supported introduction to the role. You’ll start by shadowing an experienced PA, and we’ll make sure you feel confident and well-equipped. What matters most is your attitude: friendly, flexible, and reliable, and ready to make a real difference.
