Aurora Community Care is seeking a dedicated Night Carer to support a specific client in Hove. This is an important, ongoing role providing overnight support and reassurance in the client's own home.

Key Details:

  • Location: Hove, West Sussex
  • Pay: £117 to £143 per night shift
  • Shift: Night shifts, flexible or regular pattern available

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and assistance during the night
  • Help the client back to bed and up again as needed
  • Offer companionship, calm support and overnight monitoring
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any needs or emergencies

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent English and communication skills (English as a second language welcome, but must be fluent and clear in speaking and writing)
  • Compassionate, patient and reliable
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant / Night Carer / Home Carer preferred, but not essential – full training provided
  • Able to work independently, using good judgement during the night
  • Right to work in the UK
