**Learner Engagement Manager - Learner Engagement - North Tyneside & Teeside (Two Openings)**

The main role of the Learner Recruitment Manager is to source and qualify prospective learner and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.

This will be done by sourcing suitable referral partners, such as JCPS (Job Centres) planning face to face meetings, open days with learners, third party organisations all within the location you are responsible for.

You will also be expected to identify and advise the BD team of suitable employment opportunities with your designated location

The key responsibilities for this role are:
Main Duties
- Hit Departmental KPIs.
- Support BDMs by generating regional and national employer vacancy leads.
- Work with external agencies to promote our range of courses and identify the needs of the local communities and employers.
- To manage our JCP relationships and ensure we adhere to all JCP guidelines.
- Provide up to date data for each region relating to learner and agency needs.
- Determine eligibility and suitability for the relevant opportunities.
- Be active on social media to promote our opportunities when and where required.
- To deliver outstanding Information, Advice and Guidance to both internal and external customers and to meet this grade in observations.
- Actively promote us in the local community.
- Be willing to work in various areas across the country and promote a varied number of our opportunities.

**Requirements**:
PERSON SPECIFICATION CRITERIA ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Previous recruitment and networking experience E

Previous experience and Knowledge of our contract areas D

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Excellent communication and listening skills E

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines E

Ability to be a Team player E

Understanding of AEB / SSU contracts and regions these are applicable too D

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

Confident use of IT (particularly Excel) E

Clean full UK driving licence E

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
