This is an exciting time to be joining a People Team in a successful and growing organisation. We are committed to supporting our hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle from advert to induction
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiting Managers & People Admin Team, you will work across a broad range of vacancies at any one time and will require good coordination & exceptional organisation skills.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to move into a Recruitment or HR role.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Advertising job adverts on an ATS (Vacancy Filler) and external job boards.
- Coordinate shortlisting, interview invites & interview packs for managers
- Answering allocated queries in the recruitment inbox & by telephone
- Use the recruitment tracker to maintain accurate records of recruitment progress and activity
**_This is a 6 months fixed term contract and offers agile working which can be a blend of home and office working._**
**About you**
We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:
- Previous administration experience **or **currently studying CIPD
- A quick learner who’s flexible and willing to help where needed
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner
- Great customer service skills - can resolve issues leaving a positive impression.
- Can work confidentially and with sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Competent in using Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel & Word
- CIPD qualified and experienced of working in HR or Recruitment is desirable.
