**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment** : We are looking to recruit a **Process Flow Specialist** for the Bevcan Studio EMEA, reporting to the Technical Team Leader. This position will be based in the Leicester office, in the UK.

The Bevcan Studio is composed of two offices, one in Leicester UK and one in Dubai UAE. The studio is responsible for preparing good quality print files for all our 19 production factories across the EMEA region, ensuring high quality and efficient print for high-speed beverage can manufacturing.

**Your mission in Crown**:
The Process Flow Specialist will be in charge to run, de-bug, maintain, and drive improvement projects (coding, SOPs creations, operators training, etc.) for both our Alto (WebCenter) and Automation Engine framework, under the guidance of the Technical team leader.
You will also look after generic IT elements like storage space (SaaS & on-premise), software, process improvement and IT hardware lease, etc.
- Systematically troubleshoot ALTO/AE system issues/bugs.
- Fix root cause of ALTO and AE issues/bugs.
- Manage/administer on-premise and SaaS file store.
- Configure workflows/processes to bring improved UX and process efficiency.
- Drive improvement projects for both our Alto (WebCenter) and Automation Engine framework
- Coordinate support and system upgrades with software provider.
- Administrate Users/Licenses/Software
- Manages IT hardware specs/leases/etc
- Seek improvement opportunities concerning wider studio systems/tools.
- Train users in new processes.

**About you**:
You have experience as a WebCenter user/administrator and as Automation Engine user/administrator. You have a knowledge of file store monitoring/administration and User and license management You are competent as a documentation author and a good process communicator, with experience of lean process creation. You enjoy sharing your process knowledge to other users and you are always keen on learning new skills. A Repro experience would be a plus
You can show proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels and you demonstrate a logical approach, high levels of problem-solving and effective decision-making and interpersonal skills. A self-starter, you are an effective team player, with an eye for detail, with good time management skills.
