Talent Acquisition Partner

Working for a rapidly scaling International Technology business, you will support the hiring across both the European and Asian markets to continue their journey in becoming the best in class software development firm.

**Responsibilities**:
Working with hiring managers to identify skills gaps and suggest people based solutions
Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end including role briefing, advertising, initial assessment and offer management across Europe and Asia
Manage and maintain senior leadership relationships to update hiring managers on the hiring process
Mentor a sourcing partner to develop their direct hiring methodology as well as progression potential
Use advertising campaigns, including social media, to enhance business and careers page reach both externally and internally
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns for passive talent
Maintain up to date with benchmarking activities and ensuring this information is constantly fed back to the business
Work with external partners, I.e. Universities and colleges to build brand awareness and engage early career talent
**Project work**: i.e. training hiring managers on interviewing, supporting the building of a business app.

This is an exciting and evolving business. Whilst the majority of the roles will be technical and sales-based roles, we are really looking for someone who has the right attitude. Someone who has their own interests and expertise and can use them to support a brilliant hiring process. We are looking for this person to guide our team dynamic and working practice - if you specialise in software recruiting, then that is your area, if you enjoy senior leadership recruiting then that is your area, we want to develop a team of specialists who love what they do
