**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, **Engineering recruitment.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
