Your new role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract, providing maternity cover.

As we further invest in and transform our recruitment capability, you will play a key part in driving transformation workstreams, interpreting data to inform strategies and to make recommendations for improvements.

What you’ll be leading on
- Work with Senior HR Business Partners and workforce planning to understand the short, medium, and long-term talent acquisition requirements.
- Translate talent acquisition requirements into attraction and selection strategies that meet the needs of your directorates.
- Work with the recruitment team to provide a pipeline of work linked to workforce planning, supporting them in understanding the best routes to markets.
- Lead on designing recruitment campaigns working with the recruitment team to deliver the campaigns.
- Own and manage the end-to-end process for senior recruitment.
- Lead and support on wider talent acquisition projects.

To be successful you’ll need
- Experience as a business partner delivering end to end talent acquisition/recruitment strategies.
- Demonstratable evidence in managing senior recruitment.
- Previous experience of using workforce planning to inform talent acquisition forward planning.
- Experience of designing and delivering attraction and selection strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstratable experience of improving talent acquisition processes.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and driving capability improvement in stakeholders.
