**Home Care Assistant Job Description**

This is a great opportunity to join our friendly care team as a home care professional. We'll pair you up with a small group of Clients in your area, and you'll help them live happy, independent lives by providing high-quality care from our person-centred care plan.

We don't hire based on previous experience or skill level. We want to give our clients the best service possible, and in order to do so, we need to be outstanding individuals with a caring nature. We desire a personal touch from our employees, who treat each client as if they were members of their own family. That's why we don't require our applicants to have any previous caring experience.

**What we do require**:

- A valid driver's licence from the United Kingdom is necessary.
- Possession of a vehicle
- You have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Good grasp of the English language
- DBS checked

To see our customers, we require that you have your own reliable transportation and that you be willing to travel within our local area.
