A Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, Oliver Chantler.

As his duties of running Hampton Finance are intensifying, Oliver needs someone extremely well organised that can help manage his day-to-day diary, type up meeting notes, format presentations & reports and be proficient in excel for basic data analysis.

There is a high level of Confidentiality with the job as you will be privy to certain information or attend meetings that will be protected under signed Non-disclosure Agreements. There could be legal ramifications for breaking the confidential nature, therefore someone with absolute discretion is important for the role.

Some of the tasks required will involve assisting with Oliver's personal matters to free up his time to focus on Hampton Finance. This may include looking for car insurance quotes, dealing with certain bills, booking trips for both work and leisure, sourcing certain household items.

The job needs flexibility, requiring you to adapt to Oliver Schedule when necessary. The job will be 3 days a week, preferably Tuesday
- Thursday. Hours will predominately be 9am-5pm, however there will be certain times that Oliver must travel for his job and therefore will be in a different time zone. This might result in requesting you start slightly earlier or finish later than usual. You will be able to work form home one day a week and the remainder of the days will be in the office.

Past experience is desirable but not necessary.
