This varied role involves the proactive management of all property aspects within two gastro pubs, each with 16 ensuite bedrooms and an event room. The properties are based in Tarporley and Malpas, 20 minutes apart, in south west Cheshire.

Duties include:

- Monitoring properties and equipment
- Identifying and diagnosing repair and maintenance requirements
- Repairing problems, where possible
- Assisting in the planning and management of capital projects and improvements
- Planning and managing scheduled preventative maintenance plans
- Sourcing and managing 3rd party contractors

Hours: approximately 16-20 hours a week, split between the two businesses. Own car essential and no public transport available.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
