**Your main purpose**

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Executive to join our rapidly growing organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the affiliate channel, identifying, and developing new opportunities to drive growth, onboard new publishers and optimise the current network.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage our affiliate network to ensure they are delivering against channel KPIs and business objectives
- Ensure all affiliate sites are displaying the brand, offers and any promotions correctly
- Work with the Trade Manager to create the promotional plan for each territory, ensuring all activity is in line with revenue targets and key performance metrics
- Proactively identify and develop relationships with strategic partners and affiliates to increase brand awareness and drive performance across the channel
- Research and suggest new affiliate partners to work for the UK and across all international territories including the US and Australia
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, providing analysis against KPIs and ROI and highlighting areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on performance, channel strategy, activity, and campaigns
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving the development and execution of the affiliate strategy across all territories
- Research and suggest new affiliate partners to work for the UK and across all international territories including the US and Australia
- Keep up to date with latest trends and strategic opportunities within the affiliate marketing industry

**The Person**
- At least 1+ years experience working in an affiliate/marketing role, creating, and executing affiliate or partner campaigns
- Experience working with an affiliate network or partnership platform (Preferably AWIN)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one given time
- Great communication and people skills
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- A can-do attitude with the ambition and initiative to thrive in a face-paced environment and advance your career
