MBF are currently working with a National Wealth Management Organisation who are looking to recruit an Associate Employee Benefits Advisor. The role is working with their team in Mansfield although it will be mainly home based.

The role:

- You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and spotting further opportunities through understanding your client's needs
- You'll be required to use your knowledge of the employee benefits sector and products to spot new business opportunities
- The position is mainly desk based, providing advice via video or telephone calls with existing clients, while working closely with the Buisness Development team who will be booking new client appointments

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in Employee Benefits sector
- Excellent knowledge of Group Risk and Pension products and services
