Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.

The role of Customer Care Advisor will serve as the initial point of contact for customers across diverse range of brands, spanning all area of eCommerce and consumer.

Here you will be responsible for managing 1st line, customer interactions through different channels, including telephone, web chat, and social media.

The roles and responsibilities of Customer Care Advisor role:

- Delivering excellent and personable Customer Care through all available channels.
- Utilise the highest standard of verbal and written communication to log, record, and efficiently resolve customer contacts and issues across all functions within the company.
- Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints
- establishing rapport with store management to reach best resolutions, and actively promote best practice.
- Resolve customer contacts and issues in an efficient and professional manner across all functions, logging and recording them.
- Recover potentially lost customers and/or resolve concerns by taking action on customer feedback.

To be successful in this Customer Care Advisor role:

- Ideally having experience in a customer facing/call centre/retail or admin experience (not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ideally can drive (though not essential but useful due to HO location)
- GCSE level (equivalent) + education (A-C in English & Maths)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Manages a heavy workload and navigates conflicting priorities, while also keeping track of progress across a wide range of tasks.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
- This is a rota-based shift pattern role, coveting 5 out of 7 days.
