**What’s the purpose of this role?**

The Client Service Team Member role is integral to the delivery of Stowe's Client Value Proposition. The client experience is at the heart of every process and procedure and has been carefully designed with the clients’ needs in mind. It is the responsibility of the Client Service Team to manage the client’s journey with the firm from end to end ensuring their experience with us is a positive one.

**Requirements**:
As a Client Service Team Member you will be responsible for;
**New Client Enquiries**
- Establishing the client’s needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those
- Accurately taking down key information and entering onto case management system
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
- Signposting and providing additional information where required
- Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate both internally and with the client

**Ongoing Client Care**
- Following up with clients following their initial appointment (if required)
- Acting as a point of contact throughout a client’s case to provide non-legal assistance
- Liaising with other departments (such as the accounts team) to address any issues promptly as they arise

**Aftercare**
- Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message

Hours and salary;
- Full time (35 hours) or part time
- £22,000 FTE
