**What’s the purpose of this role?**
The Client Service Team Member role is integral to the delivery of Stowe's Client Value Proposition. The client experience is at the heart of every process and procedure and has been carefully designed with the clients’ needs in mind. It is the responsibility of the Client Service Team to manage the initial client journey.

**Requirements**:
As a Client Service Team Member you will be responsible for;
New Client Enquiries;
- Establishing the client’s needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those
- Accurately taking down key information and entering onto case management system
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
- Signposting and providing additional information where required
- Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate with the client
Aftercare;
- Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message
**Benefits**
Hours and salary;
- Part time (22 hours - Monday 0830-1800, Tuesday 1000-1600, Friday 0830-1700)
- 2 weeks initial training in our Harrogate office
- Home and Harrogate office-based working (you control how that looks)
- £22,000 Full time equivalent salary
