Care Response 24/7 are excited to be recruiting for a Payroll Administrator.

Care Response 24/7 are one of the fastest growing providers of Health and Social Care Workers in the West of Scotland.

Established in 2017 with a small team of support workers we have now grown to be a Health and Social Care provider of choice providing over 200 workers who deliver thousands of hours per week.

**Payroll Duties include**:

- Collecting time sheets for 200+ workers on a weekly basis
- To process the day to day operation of the weekly staff payroll.
- To process the day to day operation of weekly staff invoicing.
- To process relevant statutory deductions where appropriate.
- To produce weekly and monthly margin reports, which are provided to the Business.
- To carry out other ad-hoc related tasks as required.
- Liaise with Operational staff as required to resolve any payroll queries received.
- Liaise with all Associates as required to resolve any payroll queries
- Statutory payments/deductions are made in accordance with governing body guidelines.

**Administrative Duties include**:

- Collecting worker availability and communicating regularly
- To ensure tidiness of reception, kitchen and meeting rooms at all times
- To maintain stationery levels for department and staff uniform stock
- To have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, references will be taken to compare environments
- Excellent organisational skills
- To carry out ad-hoc administrative duties inclusive of inbound and outbound calls and greeting visitors
- To have effective communication, time management and organisational skills
- To have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- To maintain up to date filing systems
- To process invoices, manage petty cash, ensuring reception is covered at all times, support with events
- To be flexible and adaptable to change
- To be confidential and discreet

*Salary negotiable and depending on experience*
