We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Payroll Administrator at Care Response 24/7 Ltd, you will be a vital part of our administrative team, responsible for accurately processing payroll for our healthcare professionals. Your role will ensure that our dedicated staff receives their compensation promptly and accurately, allowing them to focus on their essential work of caring for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including tax information, deductions, and direct deposit details.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee information is up to date.
- Generate payroll reports for management.
- Stay current with payroll tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all payroll processes.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and concerns from employees in an appropriate and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with payroll software and a strong understanding of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Admirable attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
