Pertemps are proud to be working with a large educational establishment in Sheffield to recruit a Temporary administrator within their Professional Placements team.
The Professional Placements Team is responsible for administering placements for students on relevant Health and Social care courses. During the Pandemic, the Health and Wellbeing sector was adversely affected, and many students were not able to complete theirplacements as planned. This role is working at pace to support students to gain additional support to ensure they can complete their study programmes.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Working closely with the Professional Placements Team and Senior leaders in the College to understand data reporting and analysis needs
- Data sources
- Producing high quality reports to support senior decision-making, and produce progress reports to ensure interventions are on track
These roles will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand data reporting and analysis needs, produce high quality reports to support senior decision-making, and progress reports to ensure interventions are on track.
**This will include**:

- Strong communication skills to engage with different stakeholders
- Organisational skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to compile, analyse and manipulate data from a range of sources
- Be competent in using the following in Microsoft Excel:

- Pivot tables and V-look-ups
- Use of functions and formulas
- Data validation
- Some knowledge of forecasting would be beneficial
- Be able to display and explain data to a variety of audiences
