**BASIC SALARY**: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Marketing Manager, Business Development and Marketing Manager - Education, Academy Trust, Public Sector, Charity

As a commercially aware Business Development and Marketing Manager you will be pro-active developing relationships with the wider community and businesses to raise our profile. Working across multi-channel campaigns you will be at ease with high-level meetingsdefining campaign strategy to drive engagement and increase revenue.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for
- All aspects of the digital, SEO and social media campaigns
- Building upon current LinkedIn activity to create positive noise
- Creating concise copy for promotional materials across multiple channels
- Taking an active role in attracting high calibre staff
- Seeking out excellent relationships utilising existing networks and relationships
- Working alongside the community to arrange events

You are an influencer, you love showing off your brand, you enjoy making emotional, professional, brilliant content with the overriding aim to attract positive attention. You're a commercial marketing professional, one that moves seamlessly between engagingcontent creation and financially driven initiatives. It's unlikely you've worked in a sector likes ours, but we will intrigue you and we are keen to see what is possible. You'll be the expert, the person who can generate unconventional ideas, creative concepts,and deliverable actions.

You'll be invested in maximising the ROI from your illustrious campaigns that reach their target audience with tangible impact. You can show us off to your hearts content

You will have:

- A strong creative background in online and offline marketing
- A marketing / business degree or equivalent professional marketing qualification (CIM would be advantageous)
- Experience of managing external suppliers and agencies e.g. copywriting, social media management, web development
- Examples of ROI from your previous marketing strategies
- A portfolio that shows off your style, your posts, your creativity, your talent, engagement, and results
