**What you’ll be doing**

**The Greater Picture**: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. Based in Leeds. we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proactive CRM Marketing Executive to join the marketing team. Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will support & deliver the company’s CRM strategy to drive brand engagement, growth & lifetime value.

By establishing best practice processes you will have ownership of activity planning, working with various stakeholders, coordinating the creation of assets and landing pages to ensure a seamless user journey across all channels.

Using data analysis and reporting you will assess a campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and sales, to identify opportunities within current the CRM system to strengthen the existing approach.

**Your skillset for performance**:
Having a good understanding of customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies, you’ll use your excellent planning and project management skills to push the strategy forward.

You’ll also have:

- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Self-starter with a hands on ‘can do’ attitude
- Knowledge of GDPR requirements and practices
