As a key part of our customer success team, you’ll support client onboarding, ensure satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supporting new and existing clients throughout their journey with us
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Assisting with onboarding processes, performance check-ins, and client queries
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve client experience or upsell services
- Supporting account managers and leadership with key account activities

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in customer service, support, or admin is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in following up and resolving queries
