Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a dedicated and career-minded Customer Success Associate to join our team in Southampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating positive client experiences—while also building a career with long-term growth potential.
As a key part of our customer success team, you’ll support client onboarding, ensure satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. You’ll receive mentoring and development opportunities, making this a strong foundation for a future in account management, team leadership, or business development.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supporting new and existing clients throughout their journey with us
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Assisting with onboarding processes, performance check-ins, and client queries
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve client experience or upsell services
- Supporting account managers and leadership with key account activities
**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in customer service, support, or admin is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in following up and resolving queries
- A team player looking to learn and progress professionally
- Interest in long-term development within customer or account-focused roles

Pay: £26,820.00-£33,570.00 per year
