Reporting the to a Paraplanning team leader, your role as the Adviser Support person is responsible for supporting advisers through the client annual review process ensuring regulation is adhered to. In addition, the Adviser Support role will support theteam with general administration tasks.

- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Accurate with an attention to detail
- Desire to grow within the role and company
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in raising concerns or suggestions with line manager
- Willingness to adapt to a changing environment

**Responsibilities** (but not limited to):

- Effectively guide advisers through the client annual review process
- Accurately prepare and send annual review packs ensuring:

- Meeting agendas are pre-populated with client information
- Additional requested documents are included
- Promptly prepare and send annual review letters upon receipt of the completed annual review agenda following annual review meeting
- Supply advisers with initial client meeting packs including standard documentation
- Accurately prepare client letters and submit
