We’re hiring a Field Store Team Leader to oversee one of our Virgin Media Field Stores—compact ‘red sheds’ that serve as vital stock hubs for our engineers. With just two team members on site, this role is hands-on and highly customer-facing, so we’re looking for a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills to keep operations running smoothly and professionally.

Here at GXO, we are on the search for a **Field Store Team Leader** to join our team in **Dundee** on our Virgin Media Contract. This role is perfect for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong people skills, a keen eye for efficiency, and a passion for driving team performance.

You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 - 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£28,010.00** per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
- Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
- Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
- To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer

- Strong warehouse system experience
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
