Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Remote, Self Employed, Part - Time**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Part Time experienced
**Mortgage Administrator **to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a small mortgage business operating from offices at the business owners home in Stockport, Cheshire
**.**

We are ideally looking for a minimum 2 years mortgage administration experience in Mortgage Brokering. We will also consider applicants with Admin experience within financial services but not necessarily in mortggae broking.

**The firm pay on a per case basis at a rate of between £100 and £170 per case.**

**This role is remote in the UK**

**Hours are estimated at between 10 and 20 hours per week to suit both the advisor and administrator.**

**The firm have other self employed admin that take overflow and cover holidays - This role though is as a lead admin taking the majority share of cases.**

**The role would suit an existing admin looking for a top up of hours.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum (ideally) of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
