**Sales Consultant - £26,000 - £30,000 basic + Benefits -Hybrid/ Borehamwood, Hertfordshire**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and passionate Sales Consultant to join our client’s rapidly growing company, and busy head office in Borehamwood. This is a perfect position for someone looking to take their career to the next level and bring theirexperience to the table.

**The Company**

A well-established, international Education Technology company that teaches private investors and retail traders how to invest effectively through our client’s online training platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Making effective outbound consultative sales calls each day
- Closing sales through opening relationships with new prospect clients
- Managing own sales pipeline
- Achieving individual sales targets
- CRM management
- Demonstrating and presenting products to clients
- Attending conferences, events, and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance with management weekly
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve both monthly and annual sales targets

**The Benefits**
- Realistic year one OTE £50,000 - £60,000
- Uncapped personal commission
- 37.5-hours per week. Hybrid working with 4 days office-based, 1 day from working from home
- Furniture and equipment contribution to home office set up
- Additional training funded by company
- 5% employer pension contribution
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
- 3 additional holiday days gifted for Christmas & New Year’s break
- 1 extra paid holiday day added per year, up to 5 years
- 3 sick days paid per year

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident & professional telephone manner
- Good organisation & time management skills
- Ability to work as an Individual, and part of a team
- Be able to work in a fast-moving environment while being adaptable within a growing business
