Forget everything you thought you knew about bowling alleys, because Lane7 is different. Really different

With 11 sites already up and running and further new openings planned across the country this year, we are now have full time and part time Sales Agent positions available to work within our bookings team at our head office in Darlington.

As a sales agent you will be responsible for:

- Outbound sales to previous customers and potential group booking
- Accurately completing general bookings and upselling products and services to customers
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers via all channels
- Ensuring leads for all bookings including large events and private hires are assigned to follow up
- Highlighting issues, complaints & feedback to the manager
- Proactively monitoring the site diaries for anomalies and issues then taking the appropriate action to resolve them, whilst maximising space to ensure optimum sales
- Completing any ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by your manager

- Confident in your own abilities and able to communicate effectively
- Positive with a can do attitude and a hands on approach to get the job done.
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
- Passionate about sales and your products
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ideally experience in a customer service environment
