Our Your Move branch in Darlinton, has a full time, permanent vacancy for an experiened Senior Sales Negotiator.

As a Senior Negotiator working at Your Move, we are proud to offer:

- £25,500 on target earning (OTE)
- Competitive Basic salary
- Incentivised commission and performance bonuses
- A 5-day working week - Saturday working on a rota with day in lieu

In the role of a Senior Negotiator you will:

- Put the Customer at the heart of everything you do
- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between Buyers and Sellers, Tenants and Landlords
- Maximise branch income by helping Customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance etc
- ** Being a senior member of the sales team, you will also have experience in sales progression, liaising with all parties working to see a successful sale through to completion.**:

- Display excellent Customer service at all times

**Industry experience is essential**

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**
