We are currently looking to recruit two Contract Support Co-ordinators to join a busy Service Desk and will be based at our Head Office in Liverpool.

**The purpose of a Contract Support Co-Ordinator**:

- Provide effective support to designated customers inclusive of engineering allocation and resource.

**What the role involves**:

- Being able to build and maintain trusted relationships, both internally and externally is key to the success of the individual and the team.
- Having technical experience of being part of a busy service desk.
- Primary point of contact for client, supply chain partners and colleagues

**Essential Experience**:

- Excellent communication.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, whilst maintaining a professional manner and always treating others with respect.
- Confident and experienced in planning, coordinating and managing multiple jobs and tasks.
- Proven experience of working within a busy service desk environment. within facilities management / fire & security / mechanical & engineering
- Experience in working with CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems
