Our client is looking for an experienced MARAC Co-Ordinator.

To provide effective and efficient management of the MARAC process set in the multi-agency problem-solving arena of high risk domestic abuse. The role holder will ensure the smooth running of the MARAC on daily basis, acting responsibly to high risk victim referrals from internal and external sources, minuting the meeting and ensuring effective administration to support the meeting.

Experience in working in domestic abuse or safeguarding service is desirable but not essential.

About MARAC - Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference:
The main aim of the MARAC is to reduce the risk of serious harm or homicide for a victim and to increase the safety, health and wellbeing of victims - adults and children. In MARAC all local agencies meet to discuss the highest risk victims of domestic abuse and hate crime in Wirral. Information about the risks faced by those victims, the actions needed to ensure safety, and the resources available locally are shared and used to create a risk management plan involving all agencies.
