**Assistant Property Development Manager | Maidstone, Kent| Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm-some flexibility required to suit business needs | £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience**

Our client is a privately owned and funded Build To Rent developer and operator. Their estate of 150 homes (built and pipeline) is based in East Kent and their office is in Maidstone. The team are passionate, small but growing and has already delivered £50Mpipeline, on its way to the next milestone of £150M.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced and changing environment where you will help the company source and appraise sites, complete purchases, conceptualise new homes, secure planning approval, arrange funding, monitor construction, deliver excitingmarketing campaigns, ensure efficient and robust property and asset management and so much more - all underpinned with research, and legal, finance and admin processes.

- Some experience in the real estate sector and/or project management
- Good communication and organisational skills
- H&S Awareness
- Passionate about the BTR sector and service excellence for residents
- Innovative and dynamic in approach
- Good understating of business systems and processes
- Strong administrative, computer, and organisational skills
- Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication
- Fine attention to detail
- Takes the initiative in a confident and personable manner
- MS office suite including excellent Excel skills
- Adaptable in a busy and rapidly growing organisation
- Full driving licence and reliable personal vehicle

**What will my role as an Assistant Manager look like?**
- Carrying out research and presenting findings
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
- Creating, updating, and monitoring trackers
- Organising and attending meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, consultants, and other internal/external team members
- Holding stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines and milestones and chasing progress
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Dealing with written correspondence and screening phone calls
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Banking including reconciliation and payment processing
