_**A day in the life of a Property Marketing Consultant**_
- To deliver a targeted number of property listings to the Estate Agency Branch by proactively sourcing opportunities, booking & converting customer appointments.
- Completes cold & warm business generation activities; for example door knocking or keeping in touch with previous prospects to book appointments.
- Conducts customer meetings face to face & remotely to generate property listings; ensuring professional, honest and trusted advice tailored to individual moving needs.
- Carries out all property marketing activities for own listings, for example property brochures, photography, property tour videos.
- Manages own customer relationships from property marketing, to offer and sale; effectively keeping in touch with viewing feedback, reviewing property marketing strategies & providing excellent customer service during the sales process.
- Ensures all customer leads from all sources are dealt with effectively and within the company handling standards.
- Works with line manager to develop & deliver local marketing activities for self and brand promotion; such as demonstrating worth on social media by proactively sharing videos of discussions around property/market knowledge, products and local awareness.All activity must adhere to brand guidelines

**As a Personal Moving Consultant, we would expect you to;** be able to pick up client relationships, maximise branch revenue through quality of instructions and continue to generate new business opportunities through exploringevery lead provided, a strong social media presence and canvassing the local area
