**Business Development Assistant**

**Job Type**:Part Time, 22.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

**Location**:Tring, Hertfordshire (with some travel throughout the counties of Herts, Beds, Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Middx, and the London Borough of Hillingdon and Hounslow.)

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum (pro rota to £13,800)

Our client is a not-for-profit social enterprise formed in 1997 with the purpose of raising funds for their partner charities who care for people in their community.

**The Role**
- Research, develop and implement strategies for market expansion
- Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of new and existing organisations in retail, medical centre, and business outlet settings
- Actively deliver marketing initiatives in line with the Business Plan
- Maintain a fully functional fundraising attendance diary
- Support the Sales and Marketing department.

**Role Requirements**
- A valid driving license and access to own vehicle
- Experience of B2B engagement
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Organisation and project management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- To be a self-motivated natural rapport builder, confident and charismatic.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude - eager to learn, problem solve, and take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
