We have a opportunity to join our company at our Wellingborough site. This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. **Purpose of the job**:
Reporting to the Lead Inspector, this role will build sub assembled carbon fibre components prior to shipping to the customer. This will be a varied role with a mixture of; assembling single/multiple components, bolting, bonding, taping, polishing and minor re-works.

This is a key role as many of the components are painted, so are at risk of being scratched/damage as part of the sub assy process, therefore working in a clear methodical process, in a clean work environment, to the work instructions is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working to process/work instructions
- Assembling parts in order to meet customer demand
- Minor reworks of non-conforming parts
- Maintain stock of consumables/kit needed to build components
- Maintain clean and tidy work environment

**SKILLS**:

- Able to follow work instructions
- Experience assembling components in manufacturing/mechanical background
- Experience of bonding items advantage but not essential
- Flatting/polishing components advantage but not essential
- Proactive and team player, as this will be working in a small department
- Follow health and safety instructions
