An exciting opportunity has become available within **Snap-on Finance** for a people-focused, detail oriented professional to join our team as a **Credit Controller.**

Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager you will provide collection support to the Subscription portfolio and provide administrative support to the UK Portfolio Management Team.

**Main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Enforcement of account carrying limitation
- Disposition of accounts for EC, Lease, Franchise Finance and Subscriptions
- Processing of EC, lease and FF losses and repossessions
- Delinquency / loss reporting and tracking
- Collections support
- Conduct phone calls to establish contact with debtor and determine point of collection
- Record and update account activity
- Determine and negotiate partial and extended payments

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has 5 GCSE’s or O level equivalent or 2-4 years of directly related experience in a Financial Services environment
- Has a professional telephone manner
- Has excellent computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Has a strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is outgoing, positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills
- Is able to demonstrate strong ability to work independently
- Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
