An NHS organisation in London is looking for an interim Deputy Director of HR to join them for an initial 3to 6 months initally.

The purpose of this role is to lead on a piece of HR transformation work and to work closely with the HR business partners in a strategic way.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Lead and manage the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations teams.
- To achieve workforce performance indicators and continuous improvement of the HR services;
- Implementation of the HR Transformation programme to deliver a new model of working and embed new ways of working.
- Deputise for and play a key role in supporting the Director of people in the maintenance and development of employee relations, ensuring a corporate overview is taken, in order to promote fair and consistent management decisions.
- Enable the trust to prove the performance around HR case management, making them better, more informed, fair and robust.
- Supporting the Director of People in providing assurance to the Trust Board and Committees of the Board on workforce matters.
- Confidently coach and guide Business Partners into a new, strategic way of working.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Ability to successfully delegate and hold people to account.
- Ability to build relationships quickly at all levels.
- Experience of leading, coaching and building capability in all aspects of the HR function;
- High levels of enthusiasm and determination.
