Procurement Partner
Responsible for:
1. Delivering compliant framework competitions and awards for a diverse range of customers
2. Supporting customers by providing framework intelligence and data to support recommendations on routes to market
3. Management of existing framework data and opportunities
4. Delivering bespoke procurement solutions and advice to customers
5. Supporting the delivery of framework/DPS from design and implementation
Principal accountabilities:
1. As directed, lead on designing and delivering high value procurement projects, in line with specific customer objectives. Provide guidance on and deliver the agreed procurement route, taking responsibility for market engagement, designing the procurementoffer and process, coordinating evaluations, negotiating and executing the contract
2. Support customers through the initiation, procurement and contract mobilisation activities
3. Support the Procurement Partnerships Manager on key procurement exercises including the delivery of frameworks and DPSs
4. Support Procurement activity through (but not limited to):

- issuing and receipt of tenders
- completion of cost evaluations
- facilitation of evaluations
- creation of tender reports
- formatting and issuing of frameworks
- initial SQ evaluations
- document collation and issue of clarification
5. Collate information and report on members' spend and efficiency savings using e-procurement system and tender register. Use information to further direct new and prospective customers
6. Collect relevant framework performance data and work with customers and framework contractors to ensure performance data/pricing is provided accurately and consistently
7. Liaise with framework contractors to understand market opportunities and changes
8. Provide general administrational support to the team and members
9. Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with key stakeholders
10. Represent the company in a professional way at all times

Person Specification:
Knowledge/Experience
Essential
- Awareness of and practical interpretation of the Regulatory legislation and it's
- parameters
- Knowledge and experience of procurement and different forms of contract
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of housing & asset management delivery
- Understanding of the housing sector and its purpose and protocols.
- CIPS level 4 or working towards qualification or equivalent

**Skills**:

- Excellent planning, organisational and self-management skills, with the ability to
- prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience of presenting information clearly in reports, tables and presentations
Abilities
- Ability to encourage and influence service users
- High degree of self-motivation, resourcefulness and flexibility
- Proficient user of range of Microsoft IT packages, especially Excel

Further relevant information
1.Travel between sites will be a requirement for this role.
